Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make these ahead of time?

Yes! You can make them 24 hours in advance. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge with parchment paper between layers.

My chocolate is too thick to pipe. What do I do?

Add another half-teaspoon of avocado oil or coconut oil. This thins the chocolate without making it “seize.”

How do I keep the berries from falling off?

Make sure you press the fruit into the chocolate while it is still very warm. If the chocolate has started to form a “skin,” the fruit won’t stick.
