Homemade Chocolate Stars

Instructions
Add parchment paper to a baking sheet and add 10-12 popsicle sticks.
Melt chocolate as directed on the package (add a teaspoon of avocado oil or something similar to make it smoother).
Add chocolate to a piping bag (you can also use a ziplock bag and cut the tip).
Pipe the melted chocolate into a star shape onto a popsicle stick and repeat until you run out of chocolate.
Add the chopped strawberries and blueberries quickly before the chocolate melts.
Top each star with the coconut shreds.
Let them sit and harden before serving (about 20-30 minutes).
