Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Fall has arrived and you know what that means…. pumpkin season! We’ve waited all year and now we want all the pumpkin things, starting with this Pumpkin Spice Smoothie. It’s super easy to make and fulfills all our pumpkin desires.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 4 oz Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4-5 ice cubes
- ground nutmeg for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a small amount of ground nutmeg.
