Cheese-Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers
Ingredients
- 7 oz mini pepper
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
Instructions
- Wash and cut tops from peppers (save tops).
- Mix goat and cream cheese.
- Stuff pepper cavities with cheese mixture.
- Replace tops, they will stick on peppers with cheese.
- Bake on baking sheet in 350ยฐF oven for 15 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.
