Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, add parchment paper to a baking sheet.
Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise.
Coat the cut side with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put them coat-side down on the parchment-lined sheet pan.
Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes.
Let them sit for 10-15 minutes and let the sugars caramelize at the top.
