8cupsfresh cherriespitted*
1/3cupcoconut sugar
1Tbsplemon juice
2tsptapioca flour
2tspspure vanilla extract
1/4tspsea saltto taste
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a large pot. Cover and cook over medium-high heat. Bring to a full boil.
Reduce the heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until much of the liquid has seeped out of the cherries.
