Ingredients
1Honeycrisp applecored and chopped
1/2bananafrozen
3-4Tbspapple juice or cider
6ozPlain Greek yogurt
1Tbsp caramel sauce
1/2cupice cubes
1-2Tbspgranola
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle top with granola. Garnish with an apple slice, if desired.
Notes
Milk can be used as a substitute for Greek yogurt. Use nondairy milk if you prefer – any kind will work (almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, etc.).
