3/4cupGreek yogurt

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350℉.
In a small bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until combined. Next, fold in the halved blueberries and knead them into the dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal balls, then press, stretch, and roll into ropes. Pinch the ends together to make a bagel shape.
Whisk the egg and water together to make the egg wash, then set aside.
Place the prepared bagels into a greased air fryer basket. Brush the bagels with the egg wash. Air fry at 350℉ for 5 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 5 minutes.
