Ingredients
3-4Bananas
6ozMelted Chocolate
1/2cupSprinkles
8ozWhipped Cream
8Maraschino Cherries
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Bananas. Peel your bananas and slice them into roughly 2-inch thick pieces. You want them thick enough to stand up on their own on a platter.
Step 2: The Chocolate Dip. Melt your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Take each banana piece and dip the bottom half into the melted chocolate.
Step 3: Roll in Sprinkles. Immediately after dipping in chocolate, roll or press the banana into a shallow bowl of sprinkles. Set them down on a piece of parchment paper so the chocolate can set.
Step 4: The Finishing Touch. Just before serving, spray a perfect dollop of whipped cream right on top of each banana bite, and crown it with a maraschino cherry.
