1bag Crunch Pak® Apple Slicesor 2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced
¼CupDried Cherries

For the Maple Vinaigrette Dressing:
1Tbsp.heaping Dijon Mustard
1Tbsp.Maple Syrupmore to taste
1tsp.Apple Cider Vinegarmore to taste

For the Maple Vinaigrette Dressing:
Combine Ingredients: In a small jar with a lid, combine the Dijon mustard (1 Tbsp), maple syrup (1 Tbsp), apple cider vinegar (1 tsp), olive oil (¼ cup), and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Shake Well: Secure the lid tightly on the jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, or until all the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is emulsified. Taste and adjust maple syrup or apple cider vinegar if you prefer it sweeter or tangier.
For the Salad:
